Spirulina, what is it and why is it necessary for a healthier life?

According to the experts of the World Health Organization and nutritionists, the number one plant on the content of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other essential substances to humans is Spirulina platensis.

The Algae Spirulina is one of the first plants on Earth. Spirulina grows in lakes in America and Africa. Modern athletes are taking 10 tablets of Spirulina half an hour before a workout. This natural tool helps set records.

What are the attributes of spirulina? It allows the energy of fats, carbohydrates and proteins, which we get from a typical diet, to be turned into the creative energy that we need. This facilitates the ingestion of vitamins, amino acids, and enzymes contained in spirulina. It is rich in digestible vegetable protein and beta-carotene, vitamin B12, a unique biostimulator phycocyanin, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, folic acid and many other useful enzymes.

  • digestibility of food intake increases by 25-30%, which reduces the food consumption.
